QR codes for business cards
A business card QR code can either save your contact details straight to the phone, with a vCard code, or open your website or profile, with a link code. Both are free in Forever QR and never expire. Print it at least 0.8 inches (2 cm) wide, in dark ink on a light area, with a clear margin around it.
Free, no signup. Made in your browser and never expires.
How to make one
- Choose Contact for a code that saves your details, or Link for your website.
- Keep it short so the code stays simple at small sizes.
- Download SVG or PDF for your designer or printer.
vCard or link?
A vCard saves your contact even without signal and never depends on a website. A link can show more, like a portfolio, but only while the page is online. Some people use a vCard code on the back and their website in print on the front.
Design tips
- 0.8 inches is the minimum. 1 inch is safer.
- Keep at least a few millimeters of clear space around the code.
- Avoid placing it across a fold or near the trim edge.
Forever QR prints ten 3.5 by 2 inch cards per Letter sheet with crop marks, free. See print sheets.
