How to make one
- Design your code in Forever QR.
- Open Print sheets and choose Stickers, Cards or Table tent.
- Download the PDF and print at Actual size or 100%, not Fit to page.
- Cut along the crop marks, or print on full-sheet sticker paper.

The layouts use crop marks rather than a specific label brand's template, so they work on plain paper, card stock or full-sheet sticker paper.

- Your print dialog is scaling the page. Choose Actual size or 100%.
